The Leo T. McCarthy
Center is cosponsoring Reviving California's 4th annual
Community Summit to discuss democracy, governance and fiscal
reform in the Golden State. In partnership with SKYPE,
American Leadership Forum will connect topic experts and
participants in seven locations across the state to discuss
specific ballot measures and how their outcomes will affect
