Double-check your FAFSA.
Incomplete, incorrect or unverified information can result in adjustments to your financial aid eligibility and your USF financial aid offer.
Estimate your charges.
Financial aid may not fully cover your expenses. To estimate the amount due, subtract accepted grants, scholarships and loans from the cost of tuition and room/board (if applicable). Do not subtract work awards, as they do not apply towards your bill charges. Books and supplies will not be charged to your bill. However, if you cannot pay for them out of pocket, consider applying for additional financial aid to cover these costs.
Accept or decline your financial aid offer.
Log in to the Financial Aid Award section of your USFConnect account to respond as soon as possible.
Submit documents to credit financial aid towards your bill.
Respond to all requests from the Federal Processor on your Student Aid Report (SAR) and/or from the University of San Francisco. Unsatisfied requirements can be viewed in the Financial Aid Status section of your USFConnect account. Financial aid can't be confirmed, credited towards your charges or paid to your student account unless all requested information and documentation has been provided.
