Intensive Spanish in Spain (Madrid)

This intensive Spanish language program takes place at the center of Spain, in the famous La Mancha region and the country’s capital. Rich in history, this has been the confluence of cultures and the center of events on the Iberian Peninsula for centuries. The Royal Palace and the Prado Museum are just the start of being immersed in not just the city of Madrid but of the country of Spain. The program offers intensive training in Spanish and the opportunity to learn about the culture and history of Spain. Offered in collaboration with Universidad Pontificia Comillas and USF’s Spanish and Latin American Studies programs.

Students who receive a passing grade of “C” or better in the class will fulfill their 3rd semester of Spanish.

Requirements: Students must have achieved proficiency equivalent to the first two Spanish semesters, which may be taken in combination as Spanish 100 (Intensive Spanish).
