Student Associations

USF Graduate Student Senate (GSS)

The Graduate Student Senate is the official representative body of USF graduate students and is the primary means for students to participate in campus governance at the University of San Francisco.

Sally Morgan   SOESally

School of Education Representative

Sally is full Egyptian, but was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. She is a first generation college student who transferred to California State University, East Bay where she obtained her Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology and minored in Speech Communication. Her passion lies in Outreach and Recruitment in which she has four years of experience.

She is currently enrolled in the Master’s Higher Education and Student Affairs program. She is honored to serve as the Senator for the School of Education so she can serve her constituents academically and holistically. She is excited to develop relationships with her fellow peers and hear about ways she can advocate for the needs and wants of the School of Education.

Evelyn Obamos  SOEEvelyn

School of Education Representative

Evelyn identifies as a full pinay, born and raised on the island of Guam and spent all of her high school years in Ewa Beach, Hawaii.  For the past five years, she has lived in San Francisco and recently completed her Media Studies major with Philippine Studies and Music Minors at the University of San Francisco. As a Dual Degree Teacher Preparation (DDTP) student, she went straight into the Master’s program and is set to complete her multiple subject teaching credentials through the Digital Media for Learning program in the School of Education. 

This is her first year serving as Graduate Student Senate's School of Education Senator. In this role, she hopes to serve the graduate student body by addressing student concerns and organizing events that serve the professional development needs that her constituents may have.

SOE Graduate Student Association (GSA)

The School of Education Graduate Student Association represents all credential, master's and doctoral students in the School. They implement activities and events to foster meaningful and supportive relationships among students, faculty, administration, and alumni. Learn more»

USF Alumni Association

The University of San Francisco's Alumni Association fosters a bond of assistance and fellowship among its current students and graduates. Students may join while still in residence in their programs to establish contacts which will be helpful throughout their career. Learn more»
