"The Ed.D. program in Organization and Leadership provided insightful theoretical and practical approaches to management immediately relevant to the workplace. The program was designed for working professionals with a teaching weekend schedule and convenient intersession offerings. The program attracts student professionals from a broad spectrum of industries and fields and I formed many friendships during my doctoral studies. My adviser was invested in my success from day one and the guidance was reliable and constant."
