Four departments in the School of Education offer credential programs. A small number of these programs are credential-only, but most are pursued in conjunction with a master's degree.
Each credential program is listed here under the heading of the department in which it is offered. Click

Teacher Education Department
All Teacher Education credential programs are pursued concurrently with a master's degree. Teaching Credential students, SS or MS, may choose one of the six M.A. degrees offered by the named departments or programs of the School of Education in conjunction with the Teacher Education Department (TED).
Some courses taken as part of the credential program may be counted toward these degrees. Contact the Teacher Education Department directly for additional information.
