USF School of Education:

Download an Application Form; Letter of Recommendation Form (you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader)
Request a Paper Application to be sent to you by mail

Applications are evaluated only after ALL application materials have been received.

Please send all application materials as early as possible to ensure receipt of a timely written admission decision. Applications received or completed after the deadline will be reviewed on a space-available basis.

Our School code for both GRE and TOEFL score reporting is 4850.
