USF Wins at National Intercollegiate Business

USF Team WinsUSF Team Wins

Congratulations to the USF School of Business and Management
undergraduate business ethics team: Mai Hoang, Paul Johnson, Brett Klein, Laura Molinari, Dan
McCarty, and Lily Tang. They won the undergraduate division
championship in the 10th annual National Intercollegiate Business
Ethics Competition held at Loyola Marymount University April 10-12.

In winning the undergraduate division championship, they beat out
schools such as Dartmouth College, New York University, Loyola
Chicago, US Military Academy, US Naval Academy, University of Arizona,
University of Florida, University of Oregon, Villanova, Loyola
Marymount, and 11 other prominent undergraduate programs.

The top three undergraduate teams then competed against the top two
MBA teams in the final round of the competition. USF was awarded the
Kerrigan Award as a runner-up in the final round.

A special thanks to faculty leader, Dayle Smith, and faculty coaches,
JP Allen, Art Bell, Karl Boedecker, and Barry Doyle. A special thanks
also extended to Renn Vara and Maureen Taylor, principals at SNP
Communications
, who helped in advising the team.
