The Second Annual San Francisco-Silicon Valley Global Entrepreneurship Conference combines cutting edge research by the world's leading academics and practitioner scholars in the field of entrepreneurship, with the excitement of an international business plan competition. During the competition, graduate student entrepreneurs from top schools around the world pitch their business plans to leading Silicon Valley venture capitalists and entrepreneurial executives.

The conference begins with a panel discussion on the positive social impact of entrepreneurship, continuing with research presentations on the second day followed by the graduate student entrepreneur trade show and elevator pitch contest. The contest continues the following two days with semi-final rounds in life science and information technology sessions, followed by the final round at the beautiful USF Lone Mountain Campus. Registered conference attendees are invited to participate in all events.
