Conference refunds will be granted if written cancellation notice is received (by fax, mail or email) no later than 21 days prior to the conference. Full refunds less $100 will be granted on written request only (by fax, mail or email) if received by 5 days prior to the conference. No refunds will be granted after that time or for "no shows."
