- Student Leadership Conference October 2012
- Student Leadership Conference is a day-long Leadership conference where leaders of student organizations can establish themselves with foundational leadership skills. Topics include event planning, managing student groups, budgets, marketing, recruiting, group dynamics, and more. Students also have the opportunity to network and collaborate with leaders of other organizations.
- Magis Leadership Program March 2012
- The goal of this leadership development program is to cultivate leaders by helping students develop knowledge of self, others, and community. Magis, which is a Jesuit value that means "more" in Latin, challenges students to stretch themselves as leaders and strive for excellence in their pursuits.
- Student Leadership Awards May 2012
- Each spring semester, USF students, whose leadership has contributed
to the growth, development, and vitality of USF and the broader
community, are nominated or apply for Student Leadership Awards. At the end of May, a ceremony is held to celebrate their achievements during their academic years at USF.
- Get Oriented (GO) Team

GO Team is comprised of a diverse group of students who play a leading
role in the coordination and implementation of New Student Orientation.
