The M.A. in Organization & Leadership with a Higher Education and Student Affairs (HESA) program prepares professionals working in or aspiring toward practitioner positions in Student Affairs. The program focuses on understanding issues of access and equity in higher education and the unique experiences and problems facing underrepresented groups. In addition, students learn to think critically about the complexities involved in transforming organizations and programs in order to achieve equitable outcomes for all students.
