The Thomas J. Klitgaard Endowment Fund is a newly established endowment at the Ricci Institute for Chinese-Western Cultural History. The initial major endowment gift is contributed by Mr. Russell Miller in honor of Mr. Thomas J. Klitgaard, a lawyer and former member of the Board of Trustees of the University of San Francisco, for his dedication to promote cross-cultural exchanges and friendship between China and the West.
