Loyola Village

Loyola Village is a condo style housing facility located at the foot of the USF Lone Mountain campus on the corner of Anza and Parker.  Loyola Village consists of five buildings set around two courtyards and a pathway that leads to the center of the USF Lone Mountain campus.  The units range in layouts, some of which are town house buildings and some of which are condo-style living buildings.  Most condo units are housed with two students per bedroom.  Loyola Village houses juniors, seniors, and graduate students, as well as faculty, staff, and their families.  There are a very limited number of singles available for graduate students.

Each residence includes high quality amenities such as dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, electric stove, microwave oven, and maple cabinetry.  All residences are furnished with bedroom furniture as well as living and dining room furniture.  Residents enjoy the convenience of high-speed Internet access, access to the University phone system, as well as cable TV.  The condo style buildings each include a central laundry room, while each town house has its own washer and dryer.  Limited garage parking is available for an additional monthly fee.  There is also a community room where residents are able to use the copy machine, watch TV and attend programs put on by the staff at Loyola.

To ensure a living environment that supports students’ academic success and continued personal growth, policies and regulations have been established with the goal to ensure rights and interests of condo residents.  The staff at Loyola village bring with them training and experience in assisting residents in creating a healthy community.
