USF Don mascot with logo

Use of marks and other graphics

Some of USF's programs, departments, and institutes have developed their own graphic marks. To avoid confusion, the term "logo" is not used when referring with these marks, as that term is reserved for references to the USF logo. These graphic marks should be easy to integrate into a program, department, or institute's site design without disturbing its balance and harmony, as long as a few basic guidelines are followed:

  1. The site header and footer must be set in the standard, site-wide style. No exceptions to this rule are allowed.
  2. Graphic marks must be used in harmony with homepage block configurations.
  3. Graphic marks on inside pages shouldn't exceed the size of a block (150x150 pixels).
