PERSONAL CELL PHONE EMPLOYEE DISCOUNTS

There are two ways to sign up:

1. Online application
      -- Faculty/Staff -- Please visit att.com/wireless/usfca
      -- Students --       Please visit att.com/wireless/usfcastudents
   
   Information you will need on hand to set up discount online:
      * USF email address
      * Billing zip code
      * Primary wireless number on account
      * Last 4 digits of account holder's social security number
   
   
2. By phone or in person
   Call Business End User Care at 1-800-331-0500 or visit an AT&T store.

SPECIFICATIONS
* It may take up to two billing cycles (up to two months) for the service discount to appear on your bill.
* For family plans, the primary number associated with the plan will receive the full discount, while all additional lines will receive the discount on data plans only.

SPRINT/NEXTEL
USF employees and students are eligible to receive a discount on their personal monthly service plans with Sprint/Nextel.

• Employee service plan discount is 18%
• Student service plan discount is 10%
  

There are two ways to sign up:

1. By phone
   Call 1-800-SPRINT-1, indicating that you would like to add the following discount code to your existing account:
   USF's Employee Discount Code: GAUNV_SCA_WS_ZZZ
   USF's Student Discount Code: GBKBD_ZST
   
   
2. By fax or email
   Fill out the Sprint IRU Discount Application, then fax to 866-976-5614 or email to NVPGPOAdds@sprint.com.
   Under Corp ID, please indicate the following discount code:
   USF's Employee Discount Code: GAUNV_SCA_WS_ZZZ
   USF's Student Discount Code: GBKBD_ZST

* In store sign-up is not recommended.
* The discount only applies to normal rate plans, not "promotional plans," such as the Simply Everything Plan.
* Discount is applied before tax, service fees, and optional insurance fees.
* Discount will apply to Sprint Hot Spot monthly charge of $29.99.
