Departmental Copy Card

Effective June 1, 2005. The following rates are applicable to departmental copy cards and students' copy cards: (Source: USFConnect Message 06/22/2004)
6 ¢ per impression (Black & White) 
30 ¢ per impression (Color)

As of June 10, 2003, Purchasing Services will only receive departmental copy card orders online. If you have not yet been signed up, please contact Purchasing and include the following information in your e-mail:

1. Your USF Connect username and your full name
2. FOAP (consult your supervisor for the appropriate FOAP).  Your supervisor's USF Connect username.
3. Carbon Copy your supervisor in the e-mail.

To begin the session please follow the instructions below:

• Click this link Copy Cards Online
• Log-in with your USF connect user name and password. Choose Departmental Copy Cards - Request Forms.
• Choose the FOAP you want to use for that particular transaction
• Fill out the requisition # or FOAP. To those who usually do not use a requisition # to request a copy card, please apply 6 digit number shown on the Purchase Requisition. To avoid paper waste, we suggest that you use one requisition # for weekly transactions' reference.
• Choose the type of service by the drop-down menu. Normal service is one business day turnaround and Urgent Service will be processed within two hours (in the order it was received).
• Identify your delivery option by the drop-down menu before submitting the request.Please carefully identify to which location the new card(s) should be sent (limited to SF campus only)
• Please indicate *REGIONAL CARD* in the special instructions field if you order regional copy card(s).
• Your total transaction will be shown before you click the submit button .
• After you submit your request, you and your supervisor will receive a confirmation e-mail for the transaction.
