Location of Parking

Each parking lot at USF is assigned a parking access number of PAN. The parking lots are prioritized from PAN #7 (Gleeson Library, X-Arts and in front of Lone Mountain) down to PAN #3. The vast majority of parking spaces are categorized as PAN #3s. These include the Hayes-Healy garage, the upper and lower deck of Koret, the Kendrick parking garage, and the Loyola Lot on Lone Mountain.

PAN numbers designated on parking permits denote which parking lot the vehicle may be parked in. Those with a PAN #7 parking permit may park in any parking lot. Those with a PAN #6 may park in PAN #6, PAN #5, PAN #4, PAN #3. Essentially the number identifies the highest numbered parking lot that a vehicle may be parked in.

PAN EVE (Evening) permits may park in PAN #3 lots from 3 pm - 7 am and in PAN #3, #4, #6, and #7 lots after 6 pm - 7 am, Monday through Friday. Evening permits are valid all day on Saturdays in PAN #3, #4, #6, and #7 lots. Parking is NOT permitted in the PAN #5 School of Education or Memorial Gym lots.
