Cleary Report; Letter from the Director
In compliance with the 1990 Crime Awareness and Security Act, California State regulations, and the 1998 Jeanne Clery Act, I am pleased to present the Department of Public Safety's Annual Security Report covering the years 2006, 2007 and 2008. As in past years, crime statistics confirm a low campus crime rate, especially, the low incidence of violent crime. This report is in pdf. format. In order to provide critical campus-wide information about all aspects of campus safety by means of periodic crime bulletins and emergency preparedness updates, the following informational format was developed in the fall of 2006 with the intent it will be produced and distributed at least twice every academic year.
