Methods of Payment: Parking permits may be purchased with cash, checks ( made out to USF Public Safety), VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. Faculty and Staff members may pay for permits via payroll deduction.
Permit Refund Policy: Permits may be returned for a full refund (minus a 25% administrative fee) during the first three weeks of the semester. Full refunds will be given for the first three weeks of the semester ( minus a 25% administrative fee). There will be NO refunds processed after the end third week of the semester. All requests must be made to the Operations Manager. The permit and original purchase receipt must be provided. Processing any refund request will take a minimum of ten business days. Refunds will be processed according to the original method of payment.
