INFORMATION FOR FALL/SPRING/SUMMER 2007-2008 PERMITS (Updated 01/17/2008)

• Faculty, Staff and Student: Applications are now available for the 2007-2008 Academic year. Please refer to one of the above links to download new and updated information and parking permit applications.

• Fall permits are vaild beginning September 1, 2007 to January 31,2008. Spring permits are vaild February 1, 2008 to May 31, 2008. Summer 2008 permits are vaild June 1, 2008 to August 31, 2008. Permits can be purchased on an annual basis.

• The Department of Public Safety does mail parking permits by REQUEST ONLY except for Student Lottery Permit winners and Loyola Villager Permit holders. However, the Department of Public Safety is not responsible for permits lost in the US mail. The applicant will have to file a complaint with the US post master via their local post office. A $100 replacement fee will be assesed to lost/stolen permits. We do not mail permits for Student Lottery Winners or Loyola Village Permit holders. Please make arrangements to pick up your permit at our office.

• Parking permit applications will not be processed without vaild license plate number, a copy of your vehicle's DMV registration and a valid form of payment.

• Business Hours for Public Safety, University Center 310, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday. Fridays, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Closed for Lunch Monday - Friday, 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM.

• Please be aware that permit applications may take up to five business days to process during extremely busy time periods. The front office will assist you in completing your application and processing your parking permit.

• Please bring form of payment. Your application will not be processed without form of payment. Faculty and Staff may pay via payroll deduction with employee identification number.
