Applications are NOW being accepted for the Fall 2013 Master of Science in Organization Development cohort at the University of San Francisco Pleasanton Campus, with classes beginning in August. The Master of Science in Organization Development (OD) program prepares you to assume leadership roles in the transformation of organizations, through an emphasis on both academic rigor and ethical practice. Specialize in areas such as:
- Project Management - Human Resources - Biotechnology
- Financial Analysis - Global Leadership - Nonprofit Administration
The program integrates, synthesizes and evaluates theories from the fields of organizational behavior, organization theory, change leadership, group dynamics and communication. The OD program, offered through the School of Management, is designed for adult professionals with small class sizes and flexible scheduling with evening and weekend classes. Complete your degree in two years or less! Experience is valued - No GRE/GMAT required.
