San Francisco is served by two major airports: SFO and Oakland.
SFO is slightly closer, but Oakland sometimes has better fares.

Each of the airports is served by BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit, a light rail system).

($5.15 from Oakland or $4.95 from SFO) as well as an array of door-to-door limo services. The limo services cost about $15/one-way.
