Bills are available online only. An email notification is sent to the student's USFconnect account and to authorized payers each time the monthly statement is available.
- Fall semester bills are sent to pre-registered students in mid July and payment is due August 1st.
- Spring semester bills are sent to pre-registered students in mid December and payment is due January 2nd.
- Summer semester bills are sent to pre-registered students in late April and payment is due May 1st.
USF expects that students will enroll in the University's payment plan or make payment full for all charges by the payment due date for each term. If payment is not received or you have not enrolled in the payment plan by the due date, your course registration may be cancelled.
Students not registered prior to the billing period must be prepared to pay in full at the time of registration.
Check payments can be made online for deposits, tuition, fees, room and board. Credit card payments for admission deposits and housing prepayments are only accepted online and are processed by Nelnet QuikPAY, a third party vendor. Nelnet QuikPAY accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express.
