Who needs to take this test?
All Arts & Science majors and International Business majors are required
to take a foreign language. This test is designed for students who wish to start
the second or third-semester language course. You DO NOT have to take this test
if you are beginning a new foreign language, or if you are bilingual and wish
to apply for an exemption to the foreign language requirement.
Please note: Students who display proficiency on the language tests will be
scheduled to take an oral examination with the language faculty.
Which tests are available on-line?
French, Chinese, German and Spanish. (Japanese, Latin, Italian, Russian and
Tagalog will be taken on-campus)
