Good sources of oral arguments.  The Supreme Court site posts written transcripts of oral arguments from the last three years.  Oyez.com posts digital audio versions of cases argued before the Court.  Use oral arguments treating unrelated issues as a guide to oral argument in general.

11.  Audio Link - 7th Circuit Argument on Voter ID

The topic is voter ID, which is very simplistic.  It is great to hear the tone and manner that counsel has. It is complete with the phrase, "may it please the court" and the ending statements which are suggested, "we would like the court to reverse the district
court," etc.
