Treasurer: The treasurer serves as the custodian of the chapter's funds.  The treasurer also proposes a budget to the board of directors, submits a report at each board of directors meeting and to members at the annual business meeting, assists in the preparation of the Chapter Annual Report, manages  the chapter investment plan and develops and maintains fiscal policies and procedures.
