1. Go to http://support.usfca.edu.
2. Login to USF
Support & Answers with your USF Connect Username and Password.
3. Click on Request Door Lock/Unlock, read
the instructions, and complete the form. Once you submit the form you will
receive a confirmation email. You will receive another email once the request
has been processed (usually within 1 business day).
