OVERVIEW

The USF One Card Program was founded in 1996 and originally managed by the Public Safety Department. With the program's continued campus growth, a dedicated USF One Card Office was created in 2001 to better provide campus card services to the USF Community. Today, the USF One Card Office remains a part of the Business and Finance Division serving as the primary campus ID Card services provider.

The One Card Office is responsible for:

  • Issuing all USF ID Cards
  • Management of the Don Dollars on-campus debit account
  • Management of card access into USF buildings and facilities
  • Management of all USF ID Card privileges determined by current USF affiliation
  • Related services including student employment badges and passport photos
  • Support and availability of all campus card readers:
    • Card Access
    • Vending Machine Card Readers
    • Laundry Machine Card Readers
    • Copier Card Readers
    • Laser Printer Card Readers, i.e. Dons Print
    • Point-of-Sale Card Readers, i.e. Bookstore
    • Dining Card Readers, Bon Appetit cash registers
  • System management of "franchised" card based services provided by other USF Offices:
    • Public Safety - card access into parking facilities
    • Purchasing Office - department copy cards

The Flexi room and board "meal plan" is provided in part by the Office of Residence Life and Bon Appetit Business Office. Bon Appetit is USF's dining services provider. Student's sign up for their Flexi account through the Office of Residence Life, and the Bon Appetit Business Office administrates the account throughout the academic calendar.
