USF Affiliates

OVERVIEW

Other members of the USF Community who neither are USF students nor USF employees still may be eligible to obtain a USF One Card for campus identification purposes, or so that they may access University services.

Eligible persons may obtain a new or replacement USF One Card by visiting the USF One Card Office, after their sponsoring office has authorized them to receive a USF One Card. (Authorization generally comes with the completion of the Affiliate ID Request Form for affiliates or the Contractor ID Request Form for contractors.
