USF Affiliates

OVERVIEW

Other members of the USF Community who are neither USF students nor USF employees may be eligible for a USF ID Card to access University services and/or campus identification. Eligible persons can obtain a new or replacement USF ID Card by visiting the USF One Card Office.

PROCEDURES
Affiliates Fromm students
  • Visit the USF One Card Office and present a valid form of government issued photo ID (driver's license, state ID Card, passport) after the Fromm Office has indicated that it is ok to receive your USF ID Card.
Affiliates Upward Bound students
  • Visit the USF One Card Office and present a valid form of government issued photo ID (driver's license, state ID Card, passport) after the Upward Bound Office has indicated that it is ok to receive your USF ID Card.
Affiliates Loyola Village residents
  • Confirm with USF Business & Finance that you are eligible to obtain a USF ID Card.
  • Visit the USF One Card Office and present a valid form of government issued photo ID (driver's license, state ID Card, passport).
Affiliates KUSF Radio volunteers
  • Visit the USF One Card Office and present a valid form of government issued photo ID (driver's license, state ID Card, passport) after Lisa Yimm at the KUSF Management Office has indicated that it is ok to receive your USF ID Card.
Affiliates Other Affiliates
  • Confirm that you are eligible to obtain a USF ID Card with the manager of the USF Office or Department responsible for your Affiliation with USF.
  • The USF representative must download the Affiliate ID Request Form, complete it and follow the processing instructions on the form.

 

Contractors

 

Bon Appetit staff

  • Confirm with Dena Granillo, the Business Manager, that you are eligible to obtain a USF ID Card.

  • Visit the USF One Card Office and present a valid form of government issued photo ID (driver's license, state ID Card, passport).

 

Contractors

 

Bookstore staff

  • Confirm with Robert Gibson, the Bookstore Manager, that you are eligible to obtain a USF ID Card.

  • Visit the USF One Card Office and present a valid form of government issued photo ID (driver's license, state ID Card, passport).

 

Contractors

 

Copy Center staff

  • Confirm with Arthur Arevalo, USF Purchasing Services, that you are eligible to obtain a USF ID Card.

  • Visit the USF One Card Office and present a valid form of government issued photo ID (driver's license, state ID Card, passport)

 

Contractors

 

Able Maintenance staff

  • Confirm with Linda Clardy, USF Facilities Management, that you are eligible to obtain a USF ID Card.

  • Visit the USF One Card Office and present a valid form of government issued photo ID (driver's license, state ID Card, passport).

Other Contractors

  • Confirm that you are eligible to obtain a USF ID Card with the manager of the USF Office or Department responsible for your contracted work at USF.

  • Have that USF employee download and complete the Contractor ID Request Form.

  • Visit the USF One Card Office and present a valid form of government issued photo ID (driver's license, state ID Card, passport) along with the completed Contractor ID Request Form.
