OVERVIEW |
|
Other
members of the USF Community who neither are USF students
nor USF employees still may be eligible to obtain a USF One Card for campus identification purposes, or so that they may access University services.
Eligible persons may obtain a new or replacement USF One Card by visiting the USF
One Card Office, after their sponsoring office has authorized them to receive a USF One Card. (Authorization generally comes with the completion of the Affiliate ID Request Form for affiliates or the Contractor ID Request Form for contractors.
Please refer to the Lost Cards & Replacement Cards page for replacement costs and related information.
