MAKING A DEPOSIT

Deposits into a Don Dollars account can be made at anytime, by anyone, and in any amount provided that the resulting available balance is not above $1500.00. Deposits can be made using one of several methods:

• INTERNET

  This feature currently is available for students only. Logon to the On-Line Deposit Service and make deposits using a credit card or debit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express), or directly withdrawn from your checking account. All personal information collected and transmitted over the Internet for the purpose of processing a transaction uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to protect against unauthorized access from third parties, loss and fraud.

  In order to make a deposit, you will need to login by entering a valid student name and student ID information. Deposits are credited to your Don Dollars account every hour on the half hour.

  Example:

  A deposit made at 2:40pm will be credited and ready to use by 3:30 pm.

• ONE CARD AND CAMPUS SECURITY SYSTEMS OFFICE

  The One Card and Campus Security Systems Office is located in Lone Mountain 130. Deposits from this location are credited within minutes, and can be made using cash, check, debit card, or credit card (Visa or MasterCard).

• CASH2CARD MACHINE

  Cash2Card machines enable cardholders to instantly deposit cash into their Don Dollars account. The machines can also be used to check the current available balance. Locations currently include:

  University Center @ Parina Computer Lab
  Gleeson Library @ main entrance
  Zief Law Library @ 3rd floor copy room
  Kendrick Law School @ student lockers
  Lone Mountain Campus @ cafeteria
  School of Education Building @ Lower Level next to Club Ed

• US POSTAL SERVICE

  A personal check may be sent to the One Card Office for processing. Please include the cardholder's name on the check and send to the following address. Please do not send cash. If you want to use a credit card, please use the On-Line Deposit Service.
