Don Dollars

OVERVIEW

Don Dollars is an optional, but highly recommended on-campus debit account. Don Dollars allows you to conveniently make purchases throughout USF via your USF One Card. As part of the One Card Program's debit account service, Don Dollars helps to provide a safer campus environment by minimizing the need to carry and use cash for daily expenses.

Don Dollars is administered by the USF One Card and Campus Security Systems Office.

USING DON DOLLARS

To use Don Dollars, a cardholder deposits money into his/her account, and then makes purchases that are debited from the account's available balance. There are no cardholder fees or hidden costs to have an account. Don Dollars is accepted everywhere on campus including all dining services. It is important to note that the account belongs to the cardholder, which may be different than the person making the deposits.

Upon receiving their first USF One Card, all cardholders have a Don Dollars account. Maintaining an active Don Dollars account requires current affiliation (e.g., registered student, employment or special affiliation) with USF. Cash cannot be withdrawn from the account, ensuring that the funds are used for University expenses. Any available balance forwards to the following academic semester. Upon graduation or separation from the University, balances above $10 automatically are returned to the cardholder. Balances less than $10 must be requested by the cardholder.

Cardholders may check their balance and transaction history anytime via the web by clicking here.

ACCOUNT STATEMENTS

Account Statements are available anytime via the web. Cardholders may view their Account Statement, transaction history and current balances by clicking here. It is important to review the transaction information at least once per month to verify that it is correct. Report discrepancies to the One Card and Campus Security Systems Office.
