Rear Admiral Kerry Paige Nesseler, Director, Office of International Health Affairs, and Director, Office of Commissioned Corps Affairs Health Resources and Services Administration, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services will present.

 

Rear Admiral Nesseler is a University of San Francisco School of Nursing alumna.
