This event featured an exciting series of presentations and workshops centered around leadership in nursing and the Clinical Nurse Leader (CNL) role. The 5th Annual CNL leadership conference presented the current state of the CNL role within the context of past achievements and future opportunities. Plenary sessions highlighted the CNL role, leadership in nursing, micro-and macro-system management, and The Future of Nursing. This dynamic two-day meeting was designed to inspire innovation in practice.
