We are responsible for the University of San Francisco's interaction with the print, broadcast, and online media, as well as the dissemination of university news and information. We provide strategic communications consultation and extensive media relations services to
the USF community and external news media.
We draft news releases, media advisories, calendar
listings, and other materials to publicize news of faculty research, academic
programs, and newsworthy university happenings. We develop story angles, work
with reporters, connect media with faculty, and distribute information to
local, national, and international news organizations.
We
also provide public relations counsel and communication support to the entire
university community on a variety of communication issues.
