To make it easy for you to schedule, register, and navigate classes and the curriculum, the McLaren College of Management has developed a 4 Year Planner for its majors.
By following this guide, you will average 16 units per term (12-18 units is considered full-time), and you are assured to graduate in four years. This schedule considers the order, level, and balance of courses, and ensures that prerequisites are satisfied and course loads are balanced with an appropriate mix of business, University core and elective courses.
The 4 Year Planner allows for approximately four units of elective work, which can be used for general electives, minors, second majors and/or to enroll in one of our many special certificate programs. General electives can be used to enroll in language, computer science, applications, college success, and sports exercise and fitness classes.
In some cases, students may need to deviate from this guide due to transfer credits. The Undergraduate Program advisors can work with you to individualize a plan that meets your needs. In addition, if you are considering a minor, a second major, or are involved in special programs, you will need to meet with an advisor from the appropriate department.
