Complete the minimum of 128(*) credits for an undergraduate degree through general elective and transfer credits in addition to the major and University core requirements.

(*) Students have the opportunity to earn up to 21 additional tuition-free credits through ISA, as well as the opportunity of earning credit through CLEP and other acceptable sources determined by University Evaluators in order to complete the minimum 128 credits necessary to graduate with the BSM degree.


Students who have completed at least 60 semester or 90 quarter credits of transferable college credit with a minimum cumulative grade point average of a 2.0 are encouraged to apply. Applications are accepted throughout the year for fall and spring semesters.

Business Economics

Take four of the following (16 credits):

  • BSM 311: Applied Macroeconomics
  • BSM 312: Applied Microeconomics
  • BSM 410: International Trade & Investments
  • BSM 411: Strategic Economic Analysis

 

Organizational Behavior & Leadership

Take at least three of the following (12 credits) plus an additional 4-credit BSM elective course:

  • BSM 440: Organizational Communication
  • BSM 441: Organizational Leadership
  • BSM 442: Team Processes & Decision-Making
  • BSM 443: Leading Change in Organizations

 

Public & Non Profit Administration

Take at least three of the following (12 credits) plus an additional 4-credit BSM elective course:

  • BSM 450: Human Resource Management
  • BSM 451: Governance & Financial Development
  • BSM 452: Strategy Practices
  • BSM 453: Program Evaluation

 

Information Systems

Take the following (4 credits):

  • BSM 360: Information Technology for the 21st Century (2 credits)
  • BSM 361: Software Development Concepts (2 credits)

Take two of the following (8 credits) plus an additional 4-credit BSM elective course:

  • BSM 362: Info. Systems Strategy, Architecture & Design
  • BSM 460: Database Concepts & Applications
  • BSM 461: Systems Analysis & Design

 

Law Enforcement Leadership

Take at least three of the following (12 credits) plus an additional 4-credit BSM elective course:

  • BSM 470: Proactive Law Enforcement Administration
  • BSM 471: Law Enforcement Policy Making & Evaluation
  • BSM 472: Experiential Learning in Law Enforcement
