USF MBA Alumnus David Joves

The San Francisco Chronicle Business Section (Movers and Shakers) recently featured an announcement  about USF MBA Alumnus David Joves, USF MBA 1997, and President - CEO of Mission National Bank.   Mr. Joves has been elected Chairman of the Board of the Western Independent Bankers Association Service Company, WIBSCO, which is the for-profit subsidiary of the Association. 

Reflecting on his USF School of Business experience, Mr. Joves said: “My USF experience is one that I will always cherish.  I still keep in contact with many of my classmates and the group remains one of my strongest networks.  Over a decade later, my friends from USF provide me with valuable personal and business support.”

The WIB, itself, is a trade association that informs, educates and connects community banks with the resources and services to achieve the highest standards of personal and organizational performance.

WIB has almost 300 community and independent banks as members in the Western states of Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington, Wyoming and the U.S. Territories.
