Professor Mark Cannice has released his quarterly Silicon Valley Venture Capital Confidence Index for the fourth quarter of 2010. As usual, the Index has received wide-spread media coverage, high-lighting that the current edition reports a slight rise in VC confidence.
Professor Cannice commented: "Silicon Venture Capitalists provide the needed financing and guidance to young entrepreneurs from around the world who hope to change the world for the better.
