World economies today are thoroughly interdependent, and companies are extended beyond traditional geographic and cultural boundaries. In this complex world of global commerce, fluency in international business is essential for successful executives.
At USF, we view business through a global lens. We enjoy strong partnerships with international academic institutions, and are positioned at the interface of east and west, making us well equipped to give you unique opportunities to learn about international business. Our International programs include:

Academic Global Immersions
These trips — scheduled between academic terms — provide students with an in-depth look at the political, economic, and business culture of another country. Professors from our faculty lead each group, and lend their expertise, insights, and often, personal connections, to the experience.
The Joint Master of Global Entrepreneurship Management Program
The ultimate international academic experience, this program enables you to study entrepreneurship and management at three institutions on three continents—and earn three Master’s degrees in one year. You’ll study at Institut Quimic De Sarria in Barcelona, Fu Jen Catholic University in Taipei, and USF in San Francisco.
Globalization of Chinese Business
Provide yourself with the proper foundation to work with Chinese companies eager to establish themselves in Western markets. You’ll become familiar with the most up-to-date critical scholarship on Chinese business development, as well as subtle aspects of Chinese business culture, while gaining real-world experience.
Silicon Valley Immersions
Experience the inner workings of Silicon Valley with this innovative academic and experiential curriculum. For up to four weeks, you’ll participate in face-to-face meetings with Silicon Valley business leaders, individual and group exercises, case studies, short simulations, and student projects focused on entrepreneurship, innovation, new venture creation, risk capital financing and global scalability.
