Co-Curricular Activities

Co-curricular activities include visits to local business sites, major study tours to neighboring countries, consulting projects to help business partners, and internships.

At IQS, co-curricular activities include visits to technology research centers, social service facilities, start-up companies, environmental conservation NGO sites, and/or other sites of interest in Spain and neighboring countries. There may also be a number of internship/consultancy projects for students.

At FJU, co-curricular activities include visits to shipping docks, warehouses, factories, call centers, job fairs, and/or other course-related sites of interest in Taiwan, and mainland China.

At USF, co-curricular activities include visits to Silicon Valley tech companies, small start-ups, ad agencies, import/export companies, venture capital firms, and/or other course-related sites of interest in the U.S.A. There will be externships for students.

The three institutions work with business partners to create consulting projects. Some of the projects will be global in nature and may take more than one session to complete. Other projects will be more narrowly focused. Student groups will be formed and faculty guidance will be provided to take on these consulting projects.
