Recent Acquisitions in the Donohue Rare Book Room

May 15 through July 25, 2003

Recent Acquisitions in the Donohue Rare Book Room features a variety of material that has been added to the collection in the past year. The exhibition highlights the Library’s fine press and book arts collections, and draws attention to aspects of the art and craft of the book, and the history of printing. Materials on display include examples of books printed on vellum, wood engravings, woodcuts, etchings, pouchoir, design bindings, printing blocks, handmade papers, and unique manuscripts and original artwork.
