Cases 10 and 11:

Bible. New Revised Standard Version. 2 volumes.
(San Francisco: Arion Press, 2000).
Under the direction of Andrew Hoyem, publisher and designer, Arion Press published a large folio limited edition of the Bible in the New Revised Standard Version. Initials were designed by Sumner Stone and illuminated by Thomas Ingmire. The type is Romulus.

This recent acquisition was acquired in the memory of William J. Monihan, S.J.

(San Francisco: Arion Press, 1996).
Translated by Robert Alter with an etching by Michael Mazur.
Designed by Andrew Hoyem, this edition is in Lydian type for the English and in Hadassah for the Hebrew.

Translated by Arthur Golding with illuminated initials by Thomas Ingmire.
There is a companion volume to this edition containing Golding’s “Epistle Dedicatory” from Calvin’s Commentaries (1571).

Novum Psalterium
(Los Angeles: Plantin Press, 1955).
Designed and printed by Brother Antoninus, O.P. (William Everson). This is an unfinished folio edition of psalms in Latin translation by the Pontificio Instituto Biblico. It was published and distributed by Countess Estelle Doheny.
