We have no initial format requirements. Your options
include Microsoft Word, Corel Wordperfect and using footnotes
or endnotes. Our journal adheres to The Bluebook (18th ed.)
citation form; however, we will provide technical assistance if
an article is accepted for publication.
We encourage our authors to post drafts of their articles on
the Social Science Research Network website. The author retains
the right "[t]o post Article, in whole or in part, on SSRN,
provided that such work includes that word "draft," indicates
that the final version will be forthcoming in the USF
Law Review, and identifies author, USF

the first page, and the year of article's publication in USF
Law Review."
