EDUCATIONAL USE
If an article is being used for an educational purpose, the University of San Francisco Law Review will grant permission for one-time use (for one class, one semester or for one educational presentation) if the specific use of the article is stated, if no profit is being made for the use of the article, and if the Review is given the appropriate copyright recognition.
BUSINESS PURPOSE
If an article is being used for a business purpose, than a fee may be required based on the nature and extent of the use.

If you do not have access to these subscriber databases, there will be a $5 processing fee to acquire the article. In the alternative, a volume may be purchased for $15.
