RLIN Invoices and Compiling Statistics
Every month, the Systems Librarian will enter his own, and the
Cataloging Assistant's, statistics into Excel spreadsheets. The RLIN invoice
comes monthly, directly to the Systems Librarian; the invoice pages are routed
to the Library Assistant for Serials and Accounting, and the pages with the
details in support of the invoice are retained indefinitely by the Systems Librarian.
Every June (the beginning of the Library's fiscal year), totals from the previous
fiscal year are compiled into annual spreadsheets.

on the library's Innopac system that effects the integrity of the database.
