Exam Preparation Materials

Some professors have placed their old exams on reserve at the Zief Library's Circulation⁄Reserve Desk. Ask at the desk by course name or professor's name.

Since Real Property is both a California Bar Exam essay topic and a Multistate Bar Exam topic, some bar examination preparation material is also listed here. Note that some of the bar examination material may have a different focus than what your professor may be looking for. What is Property?

Property law is not only about ownership. It is about the rights of people to use property, to restrict the use of property, to protect property and to transfer property rights and entitlements.
