private, ever enacted by the Congress is published in the Statutes at Large
in order of the date of its passage. Until 1948, all treaties and international
agreements approved by the Senate were also published in the set. In addition,
the Statutes at Large includes the text of the Declaration of Independence,
Articles of Confederation, the Constitution, amendments to the Constitution,
treaties with Native Americans and foreign nations, and presidential proclamations.

In most cases, anyone who is entitled to use the Zief Library may use these online materials
while they are in the Zief Library. Current members of the USF community may
also use most of these materials from workstations on campus. By agreement with
the publisher, Bureau of National Affairs
(BNA) materials may be used only by current law school students, faculty, and
