  • LLMC Digital — historical full-text administrative law decisions and government documents with exact page images. [No remote access.]

  • HeinOnline's U.S. Statutes at Large Database — Every law, public and private, ever enacted by the Congress is published in the Statutes at Large in order of the date of its passage. Until 1948, all treaties and international agreements approved by the Senate were also published in the set. In addition, the Statutes at Large includes the text of the Declaration of Independence, Articles of Confederation, the Constitution, amendments to the Constitution, treaties with Native Americans and foreign nations, and presidential proclamations.

  • HeinOnline's U.S. Congressional Documents — The Congressional Record and its predecessors, and other documents from the federal Congress.

  • Hein Online Legal Classics Library — Initially based on the titles listed in Morris Cohen's award-winning Bibliography of Early American Law (Buffalo; William S. Hein & Co., Inc.; 1998), the collection contains several hundred of the most exceptional titles from this Bibliography as well as additional A-rated titles (according to the AALS Law Books Recommended for Libraries), plus many early British and Commonwealth titles.

  • Ignacio  — for finding books and journals at USF's Gleeson Library and Zief Law Library. [Free access on and off campus.]

  • Indexmaster  — searchable tables of contents and indexes of thousands of law books from more than 75 publishers, including the giants West Group. LexisNexis, and Aspen. [No remote access.]

Authorized Users

In most cases, anyone who is entitled to use the Zief Library may use these online materials while they are in the Zief Library. Current members of the USF community may also use most of these materials from workstations on campus. By agreement with the publisher, Bureau of National Affairs (BNA) materials may be used only by current law school students, faculty, and staff. Special rules also apply to Lexis and Westlaw. See the Zief Library's Lexis and Weslaw information page for details.
