What is Contracts

The law of contracts is the law governing promises between two parties. What is a contract? What happens if one party doesn't do what they're supposed to do under the contract? An introduction to the issues involved in Contracts can be found in Jay M. Feinman, Law 101, 2d ed, Chapter 6 "When is a Deal a Deal?: Businesses, Consumers, and Contract Law" (2006) (Call Number: KF 387 F45 2006 LAW OPEN RESERVE).
