Graduation & Bar Admission

All JD degree candidates must fulfill the law school's degree and graduation requirements, and submit a graduation petition. To practice law in any state, a law school graduate must apply for bar admission to the state's board of bar examiners. The criteria for eligibility to take the bar examination and qualify for bar admission vary by state.
